A&A boasts an inventive design staff of 12 full-time machine designers, with experience ranging from heavy off-road construction components assembly systems to automotive systems, appliances, defense and munitions, presses, manipulators, etc. etc. Our machine designs are completed primarily in Solidworks® 3D software. We also feature FEA analysis, hydraulic design and routing, and pneumatic design. We have seven full-time controls engineers on staff who design and program automation control systems.
